Summary
When the Default Outgoing Email Format is set to text, Satisfaction Feedback is not added in the resolved email notification.
Steps to reproduce
- Navigate to https://<instance URL>/secure/admin/ViewUserDefaultSettings.jspa
- Set Default Outgoing Email Format to text
- Create an issue and have User A as Reporter and User B as Assignee
- Resolve the issue
Current Result
Satisfaction Feedback is not shown/added in the resolved mail notification
Expected Result
Satisfaction Feedback is added in the resolved email
Workaround
Set Default Outgoing Email Format to html

If it is designed not to work with plain text it would be great to have that information availible on the page where you activate Satisfaction Collection.
Or that it is not possible to activate the function if you have plain text as default.
