As a Service Desk Administrator, I would like to be able to copy Automation Rules in my project

      This is very useful when I would like to bulk create a similar Automation rules, which need to be edited on a later stage

            +1, a 5 step bit of automation that needs to manually redone, this should be a copy and change the trigger, 10 sec
