      Service desk calendars are now specific to one project.
      We are in the process of creating multiple service desks, one per customer (and we have quite a bit of customers)

      The reason is that we have SLA agreements per customer (like goal, and definition of critical ...), but the work calendar is the same for all service desks.

      because the service desk calendar is specific to one project, we need to recreated the calendar.

            Hi All,
            We have a workaround for missing common calendars in Jira Service Management. In our own app Feature Bundle, you can add holidays to many calendars at once.

            C'mon, this is pretty annoying. Why has this not been implemented yet? Because seriously, setting up separate SLA calendars and holidays for each JSD Project is a stupid waste of time.

            There already is a great concept of defining schemes and re-using them amongst projects. Apply the same to SLAs (calendars, holidays and SLA rules).

            Any news if an when this will be implemented? It's really annoying to manually add the SAME hours and bunch of holidays for every service desk. Please add this ASAP! Tnx.
