I would like to know if there is an add-on that would automatically add Melbourne (or Australian) public holidays into the calender function in the JIRA Service Desk Customer Portal (SLA --> Calendar --> Holidays).
As public holidays such as Good Friday, East Monday and Melbourne Cup Day all fall on different dates each year, I would like to be able to simply import a file into the JIRA Service Desk Calendar that would automatically enter the public holidays.
Without this I would have to manually enter public holidays and with many many service desk customer portals for many different clients this would be very time consuming.

@Helen C,
I found this under NSW public holidays,
https://www.industrialrelations.nsw.gov.au/public-holidays/public-holidays-in-nsw/#nsw-public-holidays-2021-2023
the file downloads as a .ics file
I was looking for 2024 as well so I could test load them into a JSM project - unfortunately it throws an error telling me " We can't use that file format"
Try importing your holidays using an ICS file"
Luckly for me we don;t have that many projects in our JSM so I might have to manually add them to each Calendar.
My thoughts were I'd add 2024 holidays now and in early Jan 2024 add 2025 holidays
