Hi everyone,
This feature is now being rolled out. Here's the link to the documentation. Thank you for all your feedback.
If you are looking for being able to reuse holidays across calendars, make sure to vote on the JAC ticket for that feature.
Hello all,
Thanks for your interest on this feature. We have a handful of SLA based features that we are currently evaluating. This is one is a strong candidate for prioritisation.
We will be selecting the key SLA features and beginning work after June 2021. Any further feedback you can provide to help us understand how this feature might work in your organisation is greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your patience.
Ben.
I would like to know if there is an add-on that would automatically add Melbourne (or Australian) public holidays into the calender function in the JIRA Service Desk Customer Portal (SLA --> Calendar --> Holidays).
As public holidays such as Good Friday, East Monday and Melbourne Cup Day all fall on different dates each year, I would like to be able to simply import a file into the JIRA Service Desk Calendar that would automatically enter the public holidays.
Without this I would have to manually enter public holidays and with many many service desk customer portals for many different clients this would be very time consuming.
