Currently we need to create SLA Calendars for each project individually every time we want to create a new Jira Service Management project. We would like to be able to create SLA Calendars once and reuse them in other projects if we want to.

This is a definite need as you add more projects to Jira Service Management.

We have been able to use ScriptRunner to import a calendar from one project to another as a workaround, but having one, central SLA calendar individual projects can utilize would be best.

We are surprised to see that this feature is not yet in place for JIRA. Its a very basic feature and can improve the product million times.

Would really appreciate this feature ASAP, thanks.

Really would like to see this. We have dozens of projects. What a pain. Ugh!

            Hi All,
We have a workaround for missing common calendars in Jira Service Management. In our own app Feature Bundle, you can add holidays to many calendars at once.

However, the Script Runner script copies the entire SLA configuration. If you have multiple service desks with different issue types and SLAs, you have to do it manually. This should be addressed. I'm currently editing over 20 SD projects in preparation for next year.

Notice that Adaptavist Script Runner provides a built-in script to copy SLA calendars across multiple projects.

Sure its needed. Lets imagine you have to modify holidays in 5 the same calendars for 5 projects each year.
