Calendars should be system wide

      Service desk calendars are now specific to one project.
      We are in the process of creating multiple service desks, one per customer (and we have quite a bit of customers)

      The reason is that we have SLA agreements per customer (like goal, and definition of critical ...), but the work calendar is the same for all service desks.

      because the service desk calendar is specific to one project, we need to recreated the calendar.
