Support custom field plugins in the Customer Portal

      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Service Desk Server. Using JIRA Service Desk Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      We are looking at how we can integrate our custom field type into a service desk form.
      The table grid editor is a pretty complex custom field - such as this one

      What is the best approach to integrate it ?

            On https://docs.idalko.com/tgng/display/TGED/Service+Desk+Compatibility it says "a server version should become available in the course of 2018", while grid still cannot be displayed with plugin version 1.29.6 which was released in Jun of 2019.

            I am very disappointed about this Addon not being rendered in Jira Service Desk.

            @francis, any news? On https://docs.idalko.com/tgng/display/TGED/Service+Desk+Compatibility it was announced to work in 2018. But it doesn't. I am currently evaluating but without it working IN JSD I have to find anoter solution.

            Hi, we need this cool custom field add-on as well. We are looking forward to see this working on Jira Service Desk. 

            We need a table like view in Jira Tickets, where customer can enter their information. Right now I'm looking for other add-ons for Jira Service Desk which support a similar view, but it's not that compressed as this table view.

            We are looking for a new approach - if you want to be kept in the loop, just send an email to support dot tge at idalko dot com, and mention that you're interested in a service desk compatible version of the table grid editor.
