[JSDSERVER-1408] Attachment Links in the Email is not Accessible

Hi, this issue only fixed the missing hostname in the attachment link only. JSD-1361 will cover the case where Service Desk Customers cannot access the attachment. You can add yourself as watcher and vote for JSD-1361 so it will have higher priority on our backlog. For now, the workaround is for customers to login to the portal to view the attachments

Thanks for your feedback. I'm a bit confused. Fix Version says 2.3.3 (this is version installed on my side). Does it mean, that I need to update JIRA itself or wait for JSD 2.3.4?

According to Atlassian support it's resolved in Jira Cloud – but if (like us) you're running your own Jira then no it's not resolved

Is this issue really resolved? I just updated to JSD 2.3.3 and did all sorts of tests, but Service Desk Customers still cannot open attachments. Even worse, if a Customer is logged out, she/he will be redirected to the normal JIRA login page and cannot login from there.
