**Summary**
Links to attachments in the email notifications are incorrect.
**Steps to reproduce**
- Create request in Service Desk.
- Upload the attachment and mention the attachment in the comment by using this command; [^file_name.file_format]
- The email will send to the customer email. And customer click to the attachment link that contained in the email.
**Sample Link**
Attachment link from email: http://secure/attachment/10100/<attachment_name>
Attachment link from Customer Portal: https://<instance name>/secure/attachment/10100/<attachment_name>
