Ability to disable showing comment screen on transition in Customer Portal

      Problem Definition

      Currently in JSM, if a workflow transition can be triggered on Customer Portal, the following comment screen will be shown.

      However, there is no feature to disable that showing comment screen. Some users don't want to left the comment on transition in Customer Portal.

      Suggested Solution

      Provide ability to disable showing comment screen on transition in Customer Portal.
