      Problem Definition

Currently in JSM, if a workflow transition can be triggered on the Customer Portal, the following comment screen will be shown.

However, there is no feature to disable showing the comment screen if some users don't want to leave the comment on transition in the Customer Portal.

      Suggested Solution

Provide the ability to disable showing the comment screen on transition in the Customer Portal.

It is also noted that this 'optional comments' field is using a different payload and will not be transited via webhook, and the comment will not be reflected.

Thus, if this feature cannot be disabled, at least ensure this field can be transited via webhook.
