      Make the my request area more customizable that the users has a list of the issue with definable columns (by the admin) where they can order them by name, state, priority and so on.

            Currently, we are not able to add any custom field in both agent and customer portal at a same time. Also, we need to make that as an read only in customer portal
            We need this option to display more details to our customers. Please add this in your roadmap.

            We have just launched the Cloud version of Advanced Portal Reports on the Marketplace.  Now customers can see a report with all fields of issues allowed by project administrators, sort by columns, export to CSV, etc. We welcome all feedback to improve the functionality.

            • Sort open issues view by registered date, or issue number – descending with newest on top.
            • Sort closed issues on close date view by closed date
            • Include registration date and closed date in the views
              *. Have a reasonable sorting of the issues to make things easier to find.

            These all requirements came through the portal users. We need to customize this. please.

            Same problem here, fields like "due date" and "priority" is a must. Sorting by "Created" and/or priority is a must. Ability to filter by status, for e.g. waiting for customer is also a must.
