We are marking this issue as closed because it is a duplicate of JSDCLOUD-652 which has received more traction. We suggest voting and watch the ticket there as the source of truth.

As a regular customer opening tickets.
I would like to see more relevant information on the list of tickets.
So I can quickly pick the tickets that interests me the most at the moment.
As an example, I would like to add a column with the date of the last comment. I allows to instantly see where I got an answer.
