Problem Definition
At the moment, the only option for the Issue Collector is to use a default reporter whenever creating issues through the form if the user doesn't exist on the instance. This essentially only allows a one-way feedback system where administrators are unable to easily respond to the feedback.
Suggested Solution
Allow as an option the ability to create a Service Desk Customer account whenever submitting an issue through a Service Desk Issue Collector. This makes it easy to respond directly to the customer within the application to provide a response to their feedback.
