Provide a feature to automatically create SD customer from Issue Collector

      Problem Description

      When SD project has Issue Collector, the unregistered emails won't be created as SD customer and the reporter will be the default reported set. It would be great if there was such configuration to allow that.

      Provide a feature to automatically create SD customer from Issue Collector.
