      We have released the signature canned response feature now to all Jira service management customers.

      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Service Desk Cloud. Using JIRA Service Desk Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      Agents should have the ability to create a signature for their responses to Service Desk customers to prevent having to copy/paste or type out a signature for each response.

      There may be a use case for the ability to set these signatures per agent per service desk, also.
