We are marking this issue as closed because it is a duplicate of https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-1515 which has received more traction. We suggest voting and watching the ticket there as the source of truth.
Meanwhile, as a workaround, you can use Canned Response which is available in Jira Service Management, for more details you can go through Create a canned response

We have a customer who would like to be able to add Signatures at the end of issue comments they write.
This helps save time rather than having to rewrite and add signature at the end of all their comments.
