Adding signature option for agent, adding image in replies...

      Hi,

      We recently replaced our service desk application with Jira Service Desk which is going perfect so far.

      However, we lost some of functions which is very useful like adding signature of the agent who handles the request.

      Also we saw that we can't add images as attachment to replies. This is not good for an agent when agent shares any visual element with customer.

      Can you share your opinion about possibility to add these feature?
