JSM Forms does not work with linked Jira Field with custom Date and Time Format

      Issue Summary

      JSM Forms does not work with linked Jira field with custom Date and Time Format.
      Normal Jira field works without any issues.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Set up a form and create a field linked to a Jira field.
      2. Set up custom Date and Time Format in System settings

      3. Go to Customer Portal and fill in the Date and Time field and try to create a request

      Expected Results

      JSM form's Jira field linked Date and Time field should be using the system setting's Date and Time format

      Actual Results

      JSM form does not take into consideration of the Date and Time format system settings.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available

            [JSDCLOUD-10958] JSM Forms does not work with linked Jira Field with custom Date and Time Format

            This is Carlie from the JSM team. This bug is fixed and I confirmed the functionality to be working as expected.

            Some additional notes:

            The same ticket / custom fields looks correctly in the Agent view.

            In the Customer Portal, it doesn't change if you switch between English (US) and English (UK), but it works partially  if you switch to Spanish

            In Spanish, you will see this correctly on Creation Time, but it doesn't work after created on the ticket view or  in the request list view.
