      Summary

      Error to submit the request when you enter a date and the user preferred language is French/Russian/Japanese.

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Go to the Help Center
      2. Go to your profile avatar in the right top of the screen
      3. Change the preferred language to French/Russian
      4. Try to create a ticket filling the forms and the date fields
      5. Click to submit.

      When you enter a date and your portal language is set to French/Russian the system doesn't let you submit the issue and generates an error. While when the user preferred language is English the date selection works properly.

      Expected Results

      The request is submitted normally.

      Actual Results

      It shows the Error: "Format de date non valide. Veuillez saisir la date au format 'd/MMM/yy'."

      Error: "Неверный формат даты. Пожалуйста, введите дату в формате \"d/MMM/yy\"

      Workaround

      Set the portal language to English.
