Description
NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Service Desk Server. Using JIRA Service Desk Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.
Currently it is not possible to change Service Desk Customer to JIRA/Confluence users in Cloud. in JIRA server, it is possible to achieve this by adding the customers to a user group and enabling the application access for them. This feature should be available for Cloud as this is not an uncommon request.
