      Problem Definition

      For reporting purposes it would be good if the Two-Dimensional gadget would allow to summarize values, much as an Excel Pivot table enables this possibility.

      Suggested Solution

      In our scrum team, we use story points to measure the "weight" of issues and I have to make the sums of Story points on different levels:

      • How much Story Points are assigned to developer X?
      • How much Story Points are open for component Y?
      • How much Story Points are scheduled for Release Z?
        I can consult values like this in the GreenHopper screens, but this functionality is not usable for reporting purposes,
        So, if the two dimensional gadget would allow to make the sum of custom values, it would also be possible to make reports for Story Points.

      Workaround

      Use the sumUp for Jira Cloud
