Issue Summary
When Jira Product Discovery is installed it doesn't add it group access to Connect apps user
This is reproducible on Data Center: no
Steps to Reproduce
Tested with a Connect app.
- Get an instance where Jira Product Discovery (JPD) is not enabled yet.
- Install an app.
- Check its user's group memberships
- Check a normal user account membership.
- Then, enable JPD on the instance.
- Check a normal user account. Notice that the JPD access group membership was granted automatically.
- Check the app user account. Notice it was not added to the JPD access group.
Expected Results
When Jira Product Discovery is installed on an instance, the app user should be granted access to the project.
Actual Results
Apps only receive access to the Jira Product Discovery once they are reinstalled or added manually.
Workaround
Reinstall the app or manually provide their user access.
