Task list for pull requests

      It's difficult to track in a large pull request what have been done and what still needs to be worked on. Allow the creation and handling of sub-issues in the pull request, like this feature in Review Board:

      http://www.reviewboard.org/docs/manual/dev/users/reviews/issue-tracking/

      The main advantage would be to have a very clear and visible list of the raised issues, and which ones still need attention (or were already closed).
