It's difficult to track in a large pull request what have been done and what still needs to be worked on. Allow the creation and handling of sub-issues in the pull request, like this feature in Review Board:

The main advantage would be to have a very clear and visible list of the raised issues, and which ones still need attention (or were already closed).
