- If I tick of a PR as approved, I don't want emails from future edits and comments unless I'm specifically mentioned
- I want the ability to mark a PR as "Don't merge this until it is fixed" without declining the PR. (ie, still get updated with changes)
- I'd like emails from Stash to be batched in some way, so 50 comments in 5 minutes would be fewer emails than 1 email per comment.
