If I tick of a PR as approved, I don't want emails from future edits and comments unless I'm specifically mentioned
I want the ability to mark a PR as "Don't merge this until it is fixed" without declining the PR. (ie, still get updated with changes)
I'd like emails from Stash to be batched in some way, so 50 comments in 5 minutes would be fewer emails than 1 email per comment.
