a repeating scenario in Pull Request review:
1. reviewer finds & comments on problem (comment visible in Overview)
2. author fixes problem (commit visible in Overview)
this scenario is ok, the problem arises when there are a lot of comments on problems spread out across the work being reviewed.
when the author starts fixing stuff, it is hard to keep track of what was fixed and if it was fixed appropriately.
i noticed that reviewer's comments are marked outdated.
it would be a great help if not only they are marked outdated, but the author's commit item in the Overview also contains a list of which comments are outdated by that commit
bonus:
each outdated comment in the list also has snippets of code before and after the commit.
