    Description

      It would be great to have a micro issue system for each Pull request. When reviewers add remarks on the pull request, they should be able to mark it as an ACTIONABLE. And others should be able to reply to it with a DONE message and close it.

      When looking at a list of pull requests, a count of how many ACTIONABLES are still open could be shown, so that the branch herder's job is easier.
