Allow automation rules to automatically retry actions that fail, error or timeout

      As it stands now, sometimes, automation might fail with the error "Too Many Requests".

      This sends an email to the rule owner but it is quite stressful for the customer to start going through the logs to find the rules that failed with 429.

      We want a possibility to reschedule automation rules that fail with 429 errors to retry later.
