Automation to retry request when failed with "Internal Server Error"

      Problem Definition

      Occasionally, automation requests fail with "Internal Server Error" due to failure requests in the backend to another dependency platform. For example , when checking user permissions , it depends on identity platform and it failed with below error :-

      Received 502 response from RBAC

      or 

      "message":"Unexpected response received from legion-teams response with status 502"

      Suggested Solutions

      Retry the request.
