      Issue Summary

      Users cannot search the filters with 2 or more of multibyte characters.

      Steps to Reproduce

      Video: jac-filters.mov

      1. Save a filter named マルチバイト文字_CC2
      2. In the filters, click "View all filters" from the navigation bar
      3. Search with "マルチバイト文字_CC2"

      Expected Results

      The dashboard created in step 1 will show up.

      Actual Results

      The dashboard created in step 1 won't show up:

      Workaround

      One char work as expected. In the sample above, searching by "マ" will work.

            [AI-998] Unable to search filters with 2+ multibyte characters

            The number of filters has exceeded 2500. It is essential to search for filters in Japanese. We have received complaints from users that they find it very difficult to find filters.

            We need a fix for this bug.

            There are more than 1600 Filter published in the organization. In order to identify the desired Filter, the search in Japanese must work properly.

            Within our company roadmap and work capacity, we try to address or review each bug request but admit that not each one will be resolved. To continue the culture of being honest and open, we are closing this bug to focus on our upcoming roadmap for all Jira users.
