Unable to search for multibyte dashboards when searching by 3+ characters

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a dashboard named プロジェクト全体ダッシュボード
2. In the dashboard, click "View all dashboards" from the sidebar
3. Search with "プロジェクト全体ダッシュボード"

Expected Results

The dashboard created in step 1 will show up

Actual Results

The dashboard created in step 1 won't show up

Workaround

Shorten the search term to two chars. In the sample above, searching by "プロ" will work

Note

Changing the Jira indexing language to Japanese won't work
