      Running the setup, it gets to the Account information. A dialog box to enter the account information appears, but the dialog is totally empty. There is no text, buttons, or places to fill in the account information.

      I tried to attach a screenshot, and got a message "JIRA coould not attach the file. There is a missing token."

       

      I tried to create a log. Since the install did not complete,the log was not created.

      I delete C:\Users%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Atlassian directory and C:\Users%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Sourcetree directory, then rerun the install with the same results.

            also the issue of the blank scree at the authentification licence step is not just on window 10, on my business laptop i'm on window 8

            and when I select use an existing account,I get the blank screen that does not give me any option.

            I did try to alter the user.config file, tried 4- 5 clean install of different version from the archive with deleting each time the soucetree and Atlassian

            folder.

            I'ved tryed the modification of he user.config, still not working

            in te go in my Atlassian I get no option on continue or aqny thing beside d/l my licence

            and when I click use a existing account I still get the white page

            The machine is locked down. I cannot update IE. 

            Adding the setting 
            AutomaticallyCleanUpDictionaryFiles
            to the user.config did not work.

            • Run SourceTreeSetup-2.3.1.0.exe in case
            • Open C:\Users%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Atlassian\SourceTree.exe_Url_xspucgl3qfjh3vqxqjzxzstg10sepiak\2.3.1.0\user.config, verify having this setting (eventually add following lines), save:
            <setting name="AutomaticallyCleanUpDictionaryFiles" serializeAs="String"> 
              <value>True</value> 
            </setting>
