This particular issue has been fixed in Server version 2.5.4, and JSD-2250 has been fixed in Server version 2.5.5.

Hi it.support7, would you mind sending the screenshot of your browser console tab. I have attached the screenshot having highlighted console tab for your reference.
Besides, can you send me the origin files of the avatar (not the screenshot of the uploaded avatar), the file from the PC that will be uploaded to Service Desk to be the profile avatar? It would be better if I can figure out details of the uploaded file

Hi it.support7, I have checked Jira version 6.4.5 as well as uploaded a normal photo from my pc (have tried both png and jpg files) in Safari and Chrome. At this moment, I think the issue may be related to the environment as well as the photo files. Would you mind:

• providing the photo file you set for your avatar? We have experienced another issue related to avatar when the uploaded file belongs to some special cases, so it would be great if we can have your origin file of the avatar.
• taking screenshot of the browser's console when you load the page having error image? In Chrome, you can have right-click on the screen --> inspect element --> go to Console tab, and then take screenshot of that console log after loading the page.

we test it on jira version 6.4.5 (production) and 6.4.10 (dev) but same mistake on both instances.
we uploaded a normal fotofile from pc. (in profile area of each user)

• Your JIRA version
• Where is your avatar source: i.e: your gravatar or a photo file from your computer? If it's possible, can you provide me more details about steps you used to upload the avatar?
