Agent's avatar beside the agent's comment is not shown, it only shown as the default avatar instead of the one uploaded by agents.
It is not shown for both the customer or agents when they view the issue at customer portal.
This is similar to JRA-31892.
The different is that this is happening at customer portal and it's happening to both the customer and agents.
