Best regards
René Chiquete - Atlassian Support.
We know that static elements of JIRA and JIRA Service Desk are translated by the user language select (after admin install needed language pack), but why there is no option for customer/user to select language in Customer Portal, without entering JIRA?
The problem is both in JSD 1.2.x and 2.0.2.
Or do we have to implement it in our plugin https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.intenso.jira.plugins.jsd-extender

[UPDATE 13.March 2017] - the case is no longer desired and may be closed, as we implemented language switcher in our plugin
