      Currently using the issue key in the search box on the my requests page does not find the issue. As the issue key is also not displayed (JSD-393) customers are not able to use the issue key to locate issues.

            [JSDSERVER-708] Allow customers to search for issues by issue key.

            No work has yet been logged on this issue.
