NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Service Desk Server. Using JIRA Service Desk Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

Currently using the issue key in the search box on the my requests page does not find the issue. As the issue key is also not displayed (~~JSD-393~~) customers are not able to use the issue key to locate issues.
