Issue Summary
The option to suspend customer confirmation email as described in the Jira Service Desk 4.6: Managing service desk notifications documentation under the section Account verification emails , is missing and cannot be configured in Service Desk 4.6.0 and later versions.
Steps to Reproduce
- Install or upgrade to a Service Desk 4.6.X or later version
- Go to Project settings > Customer notifications
Expected Results
the section "Account verification email" is present as seen in earlier versions
Actual Results
The configuration section and options for configuration are missing
Workaround
There is no workaround at this time

This bug has the same root cause of https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDSERVER-6695 and is, therefore, a duplicate.
The good news is that the bug causing this issue is already fixed and is, at this moment, scheduled to be released into versions 4.6.2 and 4.7.0.
