Jira Service Desk Customer Request Type not showing in subscription email

      Summary

      The Customer Request Type field is showing as completely empty in the subscription email.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Subscribe to a filter which has the 'Customer Request Type' column (see example of filter below):
      2. Trigger the subscription and monitor the email notification

      Expected Results

      The Customer Request type is not showing as in the subscription email

      Actual Results

      The Customer Request type is showing as in the subscription email

      Workaround

      No workaround as of now

      Notes

      • This bug might be related to this other bug where the Customer Request Type is empty in HTML format exports in recent versions of Service Desk
      • This bug is not reproducible on older versions of Service Desk (3.6.1, 3.9.1). On older versions, the Customer Request Type is displayed in the Subscription Email (although the icon is not loaded)
