Problem Definition
Currently reporting functionality of the CSAT is limited to the default reports:
- Article usage
- Article effectiveness
Suggested Solution
It would be nice to be able to add in query-able fields for the data that could be added to a saved filter and used in existing JIRA gadgets such as Pie Charts for a wider range of Reporting functionality.
Workaround
In some versions of Service desk the EXPERIMENTAL and internal only API end-points can be accessed as described in the workaround for the following Feature request:
