I've got CQ, I've got JSD. How do I know when to ask what, where? We should design an experience that guides users to ask the right thing in the right place.
I think this is something that most systems don't do. There are lots of service desks, lots of communities, but never have I seen a really well designed ask a question experience. It's a chance for us to get product integration really seamless.
We want this for SAC and Confluence Questions.
