NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Service Desk Server. Using JIRA Service Desk Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.
Problem Definition:
- When creating a new Request Type on a Service Desk project, the only fields that are automatically added is Summary and description. It could be quite a major task if every time we added a new request type we would need to configure the fields for each request type one by one.
Suggested Solution:
- Just like JIRA Issue Screens, it will be great if we could configure the fields that automatically added on the Request Type, which could make editing the Request Type fields taking less work.
