      Summary

      At the moment, only Administrators of a Service Desk has the permission to create reports. Agents can view all reports but cannot create their own report.

      Give the administrators an option on whether to allow Agents to create Service Desk reports

            Please help to get privilege for service desk agents to create reports OR a group of special access agents  -they have permission to create reports along with all other agent privileges . Just for this purpose We don't want to give them the administrator access(complete access) to the tool.

            We need to be able to allow our service desk agents to create reports - which at the moment looks like only administrators can do - which is too much access.

            We have service desk users who are team managers also and would greatly benefit from being about to create reports without having full blown access!
