Description
Problem statement
Translated resolutions are not displayed in the Customer Portal.
Steps to reproduce
- Translate all resolutions to other language, let's say Spanish.
- Change the system language to Spanish.
- View the ticket in Customer Portal.
Expected result
Every detail in the Customer Portal is displayed in Spanish
Actual result
Every detail in the Customer Portal is displayed in Spanish, except the Resolution which is still displayed in English
