Priority translation not working in Service Desk customer portal

      Summary

      Translated priority is not displayed when viewing ticket from customer portal.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a service desk project.
      2. Add "Priority" field to one of the request type.
      3. Add a translation (for example, French) in JIRA Administration > Issues > Priorities.
      4. Change the display language to French in user profile.
      5. Try to raise an issue of the request type modified in step 2.
      6. Verify the ticket details in customer portal when issue is correctly created.

      Expected Results

      The value for Priority field should display in French.

      Actual Results

      The value for Priority field remains in English.
