A gadget that users can add to either a standard JIRA Dashboard or Confluence page allowing selection of a specific Service Desk and report(s) to display. The gadget should also allow selection of the time frame for each report selected (same as in JSD Reports view) and a refresh interval.
Hi everyone,
We've recently released a gadget called 'Service desk report' in the Cloud version of the product. Agents can now see the custom or knowledge base reports from a service desk directly on the dashboard and wallboard.
