Allow Service Desk Customers Login with Google Apps

      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Service Desk Server. Using JIRA Service Desk Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      Problem Definition

      Service Desk Customers are unable to login to their Service Desk using the "Sign in Using Google" button on the sign-in page even if their GApps Domain is linked to the Cloud instance

      Suggested Solution

      As Agents and JIRA/Confluence Users are able to log into their instance using the "Sign in Using Google," Service Desk Customers (who are apart of the same Domain) should be able to login with the same method

      Workaround

      Login manually using Username/Email and Password combination
