      Include 3rd party login providers for easier account creation & login.
      This is key to achieve better user experience and satisfaction.

      Most Service Desk customers are one timers. It's pointless to force them to create and remember yet another password.

      In the context of internal support desk it will be great to include email domain limit option.

      All this is currently offered by Zendesk.
