    • We collect Jira Service Desk feedback from various sources, and we evaluate what we've collected when planning our product roadmap. To understand how this piece of feedback will be reviewed, see our Implementation of New Features Policy.

NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Service Desk Server. Using JIRA Service Desk Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

When sending an email including inline images to the mail channel, it would be great if the layout of the email could be replicated in the comments created, including the inline images. Currently they are not displayed inline, just included as an attachment.

This has been done before by the third-party plugin JEMH as seen here, however that does not integrate with the Service Desk mail channel.
